Refund Policy
All premium plans offer immediate digital content access and features. Consequently, payments made are final and non-refundable.
1. Medical & Therapeutic Disclaimer
HindiGap is an advanced AI-powered speech practicing and analysis application designed to assist individuals in identifying stammering blocks and practicing specifically targeted phonetics.
This application is purely a self-help, interactive practice tool.
It is NOT a replacement for certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), licensed clinical psychologists, or medical professionals.
The guidance, exercises, and AI reports generated are intended solely for educational practice and self-improvement purposes. We do not diagnose, prevent, or treat speech disorders in a medical capacity.
2. Subscription Plans & Payment Gateway
To unlock premium features, including advanced AI speech analysis, detailed progress charts, and complete access to all exercises, users must purchase a Premium Subscription Plan.
Third-Party Processing: All premium payments are processed securely through certified 3rd party gateways (Razorpay, Google Play Billing, or Apple App Store Billing).
Data Security: HindiGap does not store or collect credit/debit card numbers or payment credentials on its servers.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring or fixed-term basis depending on the chosen plan.
3. No-Refund Policy
We operate a strict No-Refund Policy because premium features and digital assets are unlocked immediately upon successful payment.
Once a subscription plan is active, the digital content and system resource allocations (such as GPU-based AI analysis models) are instantly provisioning-enabled.
We encourage users to test the application’s free tier, read our instructions, and understand the core features before upgrading to premium.
Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle or due to change of mind.
4. Cancellation & Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
How to Cancel: You can manage your subscription status and disable auto-renewals in the "Subscriptions & Billing" section under Settings or directly within your Google Play Store / Apple App Store account settings.
Post-Cancellation Access: Upon cancellation, your premium benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
5. Expectation of Progress
Speech therapy and phonetic training require dedicated, regular effort. We do not guarantee that our subscription will resolve or dramatically change stammering patterns within a brief 2-10 day window. Consistent speech practice for at least 15 to 30 days is typically required to notice visible, positive impacts.
